Standard Spool is 250 ft. However, we can spool up any length you desire.

International shipping can require an additional 10 - 14 days for delivery.

Shipping

Shipping Terms.

  • All products require up to 3 business days handling prior to shipping, except for overnight or 2nd day air which require 1 business day handling.

  • All shipping rates are real time.

  • DHL Express is not overnight, but used only for International shipping. Average delivery time is 3 - 5 business days.

Return Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mkiker@twinline-usa.com and send your item to: 6136 Brantly Ave., Castle Rock, CO, US, 80104

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

LIMITED WARRANTY

TWINLINE, LLC warrants the following with respect to Products distributed by TWINLINE, LLC

  1. That the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship and will operate substantially in accordance with the applicable functional specifications as described under Product Specifications on www.twinline-usa.com, applicable to the product release purchased.

    B. The above Product warranty shall extend to the original purchaser of the Product

    for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated on a formal quotation issued by TWINLINE, LLC.

    C. With respect to any products sold but not bearing the TWINLINE, LLC label, TWINLINE, LLC will assign to Customer all available manufacturer warranties.

    D. TWINLINE, LLC's sole liability under this warranty shall be (a) either to repair or to replace, at TWINLINE, LLC’s option, the defective Product in accordance with TWINLINE, LLC’s return and repair procedures, or (b) if after repeated efforts TWINLINE, LLC is unable to resolve the defect by repair or replacement, to refund the purchase price upon return of the defective item. The warranty period for repaired or replaced material Products shall be the remainder of the original warranty period for the repaired or replaced item.

    TWINLINE, LLC shall incur no obligation under this warranty if (1) the allegedly defective Product is returned to TWINLINE, LLC more than thirty (30) days after the expiration of the applicable warranty period; (2) if TWINLINE, LLC’s verifiable tests disclose that the alleged defect is not due to defects in material or workmanship; or (3) if, in TWINLINE, LLC’s sole judgment, the Product has been subjected to misuse or neglect, alteration, improper maintenance or damage due to excessive physical or heat or stress.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

  1. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE FOR THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED HEREUNDER ARE COMPLETE AND ARE IN LIEU OF, AND CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES, ALL OTHER CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, USAGE, CUSTOM OF THE TRADE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER OR PRIOR STATEMENT, WRITTEN OR ORAL, TWINLINE LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCT(S) OR THE MATERIALS COMTEMPLATED HEREUNDER AND TWINLINE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF DURABILITY, THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET ALL OF CUSTOMER’S NEEDS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCTS WILL BE ERROR FREE.

B Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Products supplied under this Agreement are intended for standard commercial uses and are not specifically designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale in critical applications or hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance and in which the failure of Products could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. TWINLINE, LLC and its suppliers explicitly disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for any such use and the customer hereby agrees to release and hold TWINLINE, LLC harmless from liability resulting out of or in connection with implementation of these Products.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TWINLINE, LLC’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE GOODS OR TO REPLACEMENT OF THE GOODS, AND CUSOMTER SHALL BE ENTITLTED TO NO OTHER REMEDY, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE CLAIM. TWINLINE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT CUSTOMER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ATTORNEYS' FEES, DAMAGE TO BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OF EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL, DOWN-TIME COSTS OR DAMAGES FOR DELAY, OR FOR DAMAGES FOR ECONOMIC LOSSES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS, WHETHER IN NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER PRODUCT LIABILITY THEORIES. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY LIMITED REMEDY HEREUNDER FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

PRODUCT REPAIR AND RETURN PROCEDURES

  1. No Product shall be returned without prior TWINLINE, LLC authorization. Product must be returned by Customer in protective material, securely packaged to prevent damage in transit with the original proof of purchase, and shipped prepaid to:

  1. TWINLINE, LLC will return repaired/replaced Product via surface freight to Customer’s location. The cost of expedited freight, if requested, shall be at Customer's expense. Product found to be operable after testing (i.e. no trouble found), may be subject to TWINLINE, LLC's then-current handling charge. C. Repairable out-of-warranty Product will be repaired at TWINLINE, LLC’s then-current repair charges upon receipt of the Product and Customer's applicable purchase order or other written authorization to repair.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
